Budgeting values doesn't change according to the currency

Hello experts,
in budgeting page the currency conversion doesn't work when change display currency. As you can see in the attached screen the summary section shows values just in EUR while if I enter USD nothing changed.
However, just Eligible salary change.
What could it depend on? Is it a standard behavior?
