How does Notify Managers of Worksheet Due Dates notification work

Hello,

for each manager level we set up a plan due date. What happens if the due date is passed and manager didn't submit plan? Will the plan be visible and updatable?

In addition, I noticed a batch process to inform manager over due dates but in this case you cannot select who manager levels should receive it.

If in the process parameter I enter DUE DATE IS TOMORROW this notification will be received by all manager regardless their due dates or the system automatically will send this notification to all managers the due date is tomorrow?
