I have an anniversary report using Subject Area Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time

The specific anniversary dates are 90 day, 1 yr, 3yr and 4 yr using Work Relationship Start Date which is "Worker"."Employee Hire Date" .

The report will run on the first day of every month displaying only emps with an anniversary date in the NEXT MONTH. For example, when the report is run on OCT 1, 2023 the output will be all anniversaries coming up in in NOV 2023. When the report is run on Jan 1, 2024 the output will be FEB 2024 anniversaries.
