Total contract value at line level is becoming '0' after creating a credit memo line using Rest API

Summary:

We are trying to create credit memo line using Rest API like mentioned in document - How to Manually Add a Subscription Bill Line Credit Memo Using REST API and Import Management (Doc ID 2966796.1). Once the credit memo line is created, the Total contract value at line level is becoming '0'. This is not an expected behavior. We created credit memo from the application for a bill line and this value is not becoming '0'. Please let us how we can resolve this.
