We are getting error on PO ( Status of PO is incompleted) for all Min-max planned orders and for PO's with backing requisition and BPA for inventory items with error i.e. "You must enter either a requested date or a promised date for planned items"

1.Opt In for BMT (Buyer Managed Transportation)

2.Supplier site level enabled BMT

3.Setup BPA for the supplier enabled BMT include Inventory Item

(A) When we execute MIN-MAX for inventory item, it generated PO but status is Incomplete and message is "You must enter either a requested date or a promised date for planned items."
