Stop Generating PAE Letter for Opted Out Employees

Summary:

We have implemented the Pension Enrolment according to UK Legislation. According to oracle process every enrolment, non-enrolment and other cases are working 100% correctly.

According to Oracle Implementation Guide, PAE letters can be generated by PAE process successfully submitted. The PAE lettes will be generated for Enrolled Employees, Not Enrolled Employees and Postponement Employees.

During the payroll period there might be some employee who has left the scheme or opted out the pension scheme, and those employees are no longer contributing over to the pension scheme.

Here, when we generate the PAE letters after PAE process, it will generate the letters for employees who are opted out in the payroll period. Oracle is considering these employees as newly enrolled employees in pension scheme and generate the Enrolled Employees Letters.

Howdy, Stranger!
