OTBI Performance Goal analysis which field to select for Approval status

Summary:

I am trying to create an Analysis for Performance Goals where i can see approval status of every goal.

I have read many post and they are suggesting to use performance Goal Version. But it is not working and giving me error message.

Can someone please assist which subject area and field i can select so i can view approval status of each performance goal.
