Alternate approver is not giving expected result.

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

I have configured a alternate approver in WFC plan. Please find the screen shot.

Issue 1:

If worksheet manager submits the merit increment for one of his direct reports, approval triggers to alternate approver successfully but alternate approver is unable to see the data (worksheet manager's direct report) in the worksheet display.

Alternate approver click the link from the notification he received, it takes to worksheet . He is unable to see the data of compensation manager's direct report where the compensation manager provided the merit increment for his direct report.

Issue 2 :

When Mohammed submits merit increment for his direct report, approval triggers successfully to Mahi, but approval itself not triggering to Pramod who is alternate approver as per configuration.
