Unable to see any tiles under Me->Career and Performance

I want to enable the tiles under Me-> goals and performance. I have added the below privileges to the role but nothing is happening. It is coming as blank.

HRT_ACCESS_MY_CAREER_AND_PERFORMANCE_PRIV

ORA_HRA_VIEW_PERFORMANCE_SUMMARY

ORA_HRT_EDIT_PERSON_SKILLS_AND_QUALIFICATIO.
