Is there a method other than the configurations below to add images to catalogs in self-service procurement?

1- Create BPA

2- Add a line and edit line

3- Enter URL information for Image URL and Thumbnail Image in the Item Attributes section

The technique customers are expecting to upload Images to catalogs in self-service procurement without URLs. The document I've attached, however, they are unwilling to use that approach.
