Summary:

We need to trigger a new hire onboarding based upon the employees FLSA status from their job (Job EFF Category = HRX_US_JOBS). This isn't available via standard eligibility profile options and requires a fast formula. I haven't found another successful answer already existing on customer connect. Any help is greatly appreciated.
