What are the roles or privileges I need to view the actions in this section?

Summary:

Create a custom role and select the following privileges 

-Manage person

-Manage person work area

-Search person

-View person


The client requires the action "change salary" to appear in this section (My clients group >Person Management >Search person >three dots next to the name "more information") and proceed with the task, however, privileges associated with salary and compensation have already been added, but the required action is still not displayed.
