Configuration of the proficiency ranges of Competencies in the Job Profile

Summary:

Hello everyone,

does anyone know how it is possible to configure the proficiencies as a range and not as a target value in Job Profile? What impact does the configuration of minimum and maximum proficiency levels associated with competencies in the Job Profile have in Oracle HCM?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

If I set a proficiency range for a competency linked to a specific Job Profile, where will an employee with that Job Profile find confirmation of the proficiency setting?

In addition to setting a minimum and maximum level of proficiency for a specific skill, it is also possible to indicate its weight. What is the correct way to configure it? What are the implications if a weight is not specified in the configuration?

Howdy, Stranger!
