Oracle Responsys 2023 Holiday Preparedness Update

Over the past few months, the Responsys team has completed several major infrastructure and product enhancements that provide increased capacity, improved monitoring and performance to better support all of our customers throughout the upcoming holiday season.

Enhancements include:

  • New hardware and firmware upgrades 
  • Completed Interact2 migration to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  • Additional capacity to messaging Infrastructure
  • Increased storage capacity and added more storage appliances
  • API throughput increases
  • Launch and Program auto-recovery enhancements
  • Improved monitoring and alerting
  • Scalability enhancements to all critical components
  • Review and updates to monitoring and thresholds for alerting systems
