Requirement that Users can ONLY enter to Fusio Cloud only if they are connected to their VPN network

Dear Oracle Technical Colleagues,

Our Version: Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications 23C.

Context: Our client has a corporate VPN Network that every user has to connect and of course, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implemented where every user enter to use daily via their url.

Due SOX Security guidelines our customer ask us to Implement network access controls to ensure that user can only connect to Oracle Fusion (through the Oracle User ID and password) ONLY while being connected on their VPN Network.

So I want to know if Oracle has any network access control that only allows a user to log in to Oracle Fusion ONLY when the User has been connected to the company VPN Network. (If you are not connected to the VPN, it will not allow you to log in to Oracle Fusion).
