Received email notification for deferred Journey tasks one day before the journey assigned date

We scheduled a journey to be assigned to employees for 24th October. However, employees received the email notification that journeys are assigned to them on 23rd October which is 1 day earlier than we expected. The status of the Journey on 23rd october is still deferred. How can we schedule the email notification for deferred Journeys to be received on their assigned date?
