Hi Customer Connect community! With the announcement on the retirement of the (Classic) Self Service Procurement Purchase Requisitions UI prior to the 25C update, we have received queries and questions on this upcoming change and on the Responsive Self Service Procurement application that is replacing the classic UI.

We have put together a FAQ here to share some of the questions that had come up a few times, and hopefully this helps the community to easily find answers should you have the same questions.

We have closed comments on this post. For any questions on functionality of the Responsive Self Service Procurement application, log a separate Customer Connect forum post. For enhancement requests for the Responsive Self Service Procurement application, log a Customer Connect Idea or upvote on an idea if already exists.
