Looking for a query or table which would fetch bursting delivery notification details.

We have a requirement to update the DFF once the remittance advice sent to suppliers, if there are 100 suppliers in one run, and one of them has invalid email address, ESS job completing in Error. We are updating the DFF only if the ESS job is success. We want to to know the table that stores delivery details.
