Performance goals Notification Template issue.

Summary:

we have configured approval rule (1=1) in "Approve Performance Goal" rule. after submitting for approval (create goal or update goal) employee can see the right template. but the approvers are receiving wrong template in notification.

How to fix this?

Employee can see: me-> career and Performance->goals -> click on see how approval is going.

Manager receives notification :

after clicking on goal name manager couldn't see the updated fields.
