Give Matrix Manager the ability to approve goals before the Line Manager
we are currently having some demos with our client and we had been asked whether it is possible -during the goal setting phase- to set a rule, so that the notification for the approval of the goals that the employees set, goes first to the Matrix Manager (if there is one) and then goes to the Line Manager.
In particular, based on client's demand, the workflow should be:
- Employee adds a new goal
- If the employee has a Matrix Manager assigned, the Matrix Manager can receive a notification and approve the goal (not mandatory) and then the Line Manager will approve the goal at the end
