ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error

Start Workforce Compensation Cycle going to 'Error'. All of the sub processes are successful along with the Evaluate Dynamic Columns and Alerts.

The log indicates these two errors:

Refresh_summary_plan_all Errored with error message as :ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error

Global_Process resulted in error, Error Message: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error

The Status Details say 'The request has completed and is in a terminal state.'

Any guidance is appreciated on what these errors mean. I have another plan set up and it started fine. The only difference between the two is the eligibility profile, compensation change statement and 4 dynamic calculations in user defined columns.
