Outlook Interview invites as "Private"

Summary:

Hi team,

I am keen to know if there is a way to automate the process of making all Interview Invite meetings that are triggered via Oracle as "Private" ?

Currently our recruiters have to go and change the interview invites as "Private" after we receive them in Outlook (we have outlook integration and teams integration). Making them private is really important, especially for Internal candidates. Making invites private is the only way to blocks access to the meeting details to those who have delegated access to the calendar, can't see the details.

Thank you,

Shampi
