How to create non invoice related deductions through the ADFDI receipt batch

Summary: Is it possible to create a non invoice deduction through the ADFDI receipt batch? I am looking for the equivalent process of manual receipt creation and adding a claim investigation line for a negative amount which creates a deduction, through the ADFDI process.

I am able to create an invoice deduction via ADFDI by applying a partial invoice amount in the template which creates a deduction in the system.

Kindly Advice how can non invoice related dedutions to be created as claim investigations through ADFDI
