Work confirmation getting created two times for a complex PO

Hi,

I have created a PO and haven't mentioned any retainage rate. Now when I am creating a work confirmation where I have mentioned that 60% of work is completed of total Rs. 10,000 amount, then work confirmation is getting created two times amounting to 12,000 amount. I am unable to understand why it is happening.

Can someone help me with this issue?
