Sharing View for Group

Summary: i'm trying to share my Views to other Users in the BPM Worklist

but in Groups Filter, i'm not able to find any relevant group or role to share with, the custom roles i have are not appearing

is there a way to share it to custom roles, or creates groups for this specific task that will appear in the search results in GROUPS
