Weight calculation of goal plans in two different performance sections
Summary:
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
Hi community,
I need your help.
I created two performance sections (A and B), I defined 50% weight for each section. Each one has a goal plan inside.
Inside each goal plan (1 and 2) I have 3 goals (G1=20%, G2=40%, G3=40%), so the total sum of the goals is defined 100% for both goal plan 1 and goal plan 2..
My question is: during the evaluation phase I expect that the total sum of both sections to be 100% (50% A + 50% B) and the weight of each goal to be G1=20% of 50%, G2=40% of 50% and so on, is this correct?
