HR-Checklist Onboarding Journey

Summary:

Hello, we have the following requirement from our client.

The client wants us to create a journey in which several notifications should be triggered.

For example, as per below screenshot, we need to include a task where an offer is accepted, an email notification should be sent to the (hiring manager/or a member who is not in the recruitment team) to inform that the offer is accepted by the candidate.

The client wants that these notification should be triggered through the use of a checklist.

Can someone advice whether this is feasible through checklist or propose an alternative way to achieve this requirement?
