Is it possible to see what existing requisition another requisition was duplicated from?

Summary: We have the need to be able to search and see what existing requisition was used to create other requisitions in the system.

For Example: Requisition 987654 was created by using the data from the existing requisition 123456.

Is there a way to see this either through SQL or within the application?
