Product Group is not populating any list of values in Create Service Request page

I am trying to find list of values against product Group but i could not find any values. Screen shot for your quick review and reference. Please let me know how to populate the values against product Group. Added value against manage product group usage as well. But no value is populating.

There is no list of values against Product Group, I added values against Manage.
