Need guidance on how to set (FLSA premium Element)Imputed earning which is exempt from TAX
Hi,
We have a requirement where there is a need for Payroll to process an overtime calculation on earnings that were not paid. The vision of this element would be to derive the premium element to span the earned begin. This would be for internal processing only and would not be taxed or reflect on a pay slip.
It should not pay anything to employee and exempt also does not show on pay slip but on statement of earnings.
Input Value of the elements also have been provided which requires to be included in the element calculation.
Any guidance much appreciated.
