How do I ensure that in the ACR below you can make a future address by editing the current address?

Our current ACR below should prevent that people can have multiple active addresses of the same type. The ACR works properly while adding a new address via the add button when there already is an address of the same type. However, things do go wrong when we try to change the current address line. Via the edit button it should be possible to create a new address for the future. The old address will then automatically become inactive. However, the ACR gives us an error when we try to perform this action. This is not desirable and we would like
