Customizing the 'My Referrals' page

Hello everyone!

I have tried to find how to configure the list of my recommendations on 'My Referrals' page

If I refer a candidate on the posted vacancy , I'll see the information about it in 'My Referrals' page

But if Recruiter link the Candidate that I've recommend to the other vacancy , I don't see any information about it

Is it possible to see all submissions related to the candidate I have recommended on the 'My Referrals' page?
