Requisition submitted for approval automatically when Position with Requisition details is approved

Hi All,

Currently when a HR Specialist, who also has Recruiter role submits the Position with Requisition Details, the Requisition is automatically submitted for approval after the Position is approved. Is there a way where we can make the Requisition fall into draft state without it directly going for approval?

The reason for this request to avoid the Requisition from being submitted for approval without getting all the relevant information like the Job Description etc.
