Integration with ServiceNow
Summary: Is it possible to integrate with ServiceNow to automatically open tickets for outages
Hello we use ServiceNow as our ITSM system to track work tickets, systems changes and outages. Is there an API or integration that would allow for a ticket to opened automatically when there is a service interruption or unscheduled outage? As an example the other evening(middle of the night) we received an email regarding a performance degradation which then lead to an unscheduled outage in our instance. We would like an incident like this to open a ticket in ServiceNow
