run type id is null in pay_payroll_rel_actions for 0 Net Payements

Hi Team,


Just wanted to know if below is an expected behavior and how does it works.

whenever we run a Quick Pay or Calculate Payroll for one or more employees it generate one or more rows in Pay_payroll_rel_actions and we generally consider the row with run_type_id is not null in our reporting/Integration. But what we are seeing is same is not happening when employee Net Payment is zero from the run . Run_Type_id is blank for all the generated rows in Pay_payroll_rel_actions for those employees. Is this an expected behavior?
