Employee information is blank in Expense-Transaction Real Time

This is a question about OTBI Expense - Expense Transaction Real Time.

When the status of a corporate card transaction is "Inactive Transaction", the employee information is NULL. 

Is this the expected behavior of the product?

*When activated, employee information will be output.
