How to bulk download HCM Extract/Payslip data xml files from past 1 year run

Summary:

For a third party integration, we need to download payslip data xml files for past 1 -2 years. Data XML is not defined as extract delivery option. The only way we are aware is to check report job history in BIP and download data XML files for each report job. Is there any other way to bulk download ?
