Pending worker to provide consent over the document along with Esign

Hi Team,

In Journeys we have a tasks, where in candidate has to read few policies and provide consent (which currently is a checkbox on the form). Post this Esignature is also required along with below details. Please share any workaround if we are able to capture the consent in Esignature task using Advance task mode or any other better approach.
