Career and Performance icon

Hello,

I'm enabling the Career and Performance icon under "Me" and "My Team" tab.

I tried to make the Career and Performance icon visible using a sandbox and enabling the Structure tool but nothing has changed; the icon is still not showing.

Is there some configuration, profile option or privilege that I'm missing?
