Granting the "Setup and Maintain Applications" privilege results in a blank page, while providing access to "Functional Setups" allows for a wide range of tasks. Came to know that Deep Link is also unavailable for this task and an idea has been registered on this. Looking for better options where users can access only "Manage Common Lookups.

Any inputs/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
