Spotlight link to Skills and Qualifications

Secure Resource Name needed to take the employee to the Skills and Qualification page

I need to create a new spotlight that will take the employee to their Skills and Qualification page. I have tried using the deeplink but this is not user friendly as it contains the name of the Oracle environment. As such, every time there is a P2T refresh on any of our multiple none production environments, the deeplink opens the production Skills & Qualification page, which is dangerous as any testing or issue resolution completed on this page will overwrite the live data.
