We just received the PCN-2312180-1 notice. It says that there will be no downtime but that proxy and email services will not be working during this time.

  1. Does the email services outage affect the career sites? For example, if a candidate applies to a job during this time will they receive the application completion email?
  2. Please excuse my lack of knowledge, but what is a proxy service?
