How to restrict the list of value of status field - Visual builder studio Helpdesk
Hi,
On the redwood nexgen helpdesk page, I would like to restrict the list of values available for the "Status" field. As employee, when they create the service ticket, they should be able to see the status field as read only field which is defaulted to "New" and only when the ticket is changed to the status "Resolved", They should be able to edit the status field and see the option of choosing "Reopen" Field and the other status such as "New", in progress, waiting should be hidden from employee view
I would like to know how to solution this requirement
