To create an auto complete rule to restrict the employee not add backdate or future data while edit
Summary:
we should restrict the employee not add backdate or future data while updating there address in E.S.S. From a tax perspective, allowing employees to enter an address and change the effective date to any date other than the date it was entered has the potential to cause our tax audits and inquiries to be inaccurate or appear inaccurate. We should not back date address changes without due diligence and conversations regarding the impact it could have on taxation and possible adjustments and/or research.
