Can I default the "Organization Goal" Section to be expanded?

I have looked through Design Studio and Page Composer in the hopes of being able to default that the Organization Goals section be expanded when an employee lands on the goal page, but have come up empty handed/unable to proceed at present. (For context, this can be found on Me -> Career and Performance -> Goals -> Organization Goals).
