Fusion Cloud : Get details on all BPM Workflow Notification Emails sent in the last one week

Summary:

We have accidentally enabled the Notification Mode from "In-App" to "All" in our Saas Cloud UAT Environment under the BPM Worklist

This has triggered emails and emails were sent to multiple team members in the Organization from this UAT Instance which is causing a confusion

We are trying to understand

1. How many emails were sent from the BPM Workflow Notifications

2. Is there any SQL Query or the Tables to look for this email information ( count, email subject, email delivered to ...etc )

We were looking in the past documentation and it looks like the BPELNOTIFICATION table should have those email details but we are not able to access this table.
