Summary:

Hi Team,

Upon disabling a service request category , leaves the historical SRs with that category to have just the ID in category field instead of category name .

Steps

------

  1. SR0001 has category 'Query'
  2. Disable category 'Query' via Manage Service Request Categories tasks
  3. SR0001 has category '300000xxx'

Expected behaviour :

SR0001 should have category 'Query'
