Intercompany Reconciliation Report showing unexpected results

Summary:

Since June 2023, the Intercompany Reconciliation report has included one of the companies that isn't in our Fusion environment (they are in a separate EBS instance). Prior to then, the report didn't include that company.

I believe that this is correct, as there are transactions against the intercompany segment for that company, but the business say this wasn't the case before.
