resigned agent job application management queries

Summary:

If an agent of an agency resigns suddenly, then the job applications which are in middle of recruitment process, the invitations, the talent and the referrals. how this will be managed, do we have a feasibility to reassign the job applications to another agent if yes, how?

If we delete or deactivate the agent account in ORC, how the work related to that particular agent would be managed?
