We are currently looking into the possibility of utilising 'Remove Person Information;' functionality to purge HCM data for inactive employees from Oracle to make sure that we align with the legislative guidelines around data retention and privacy.
While testing the solution with other work streams - Finance and Projects - we identified that, removing person information such as person names, etc. will have impact on Finance and Projects modules from an audit perspective; the audit history and approvals history.
